Round 22

South Fremantle supporters wouldn’t have been too pleased with their side after a dismal performance last week. Their one shining light was Rick Mott who has been terrific in the ruck for them over the last few weeks.

The Bulldogs had their season on the line and never fired a shot. It will be interesting to see how South Fremantle finishes off the season and who will be around the club next year.

I will also be keeping an eye on how Peel Thunder will go against Subiaco. It was great for Peel and the competition to win against the Bulldogs but victory game for the season is an unacceptable performance from the coaching and playing staff.

Congratulations to John Ditchburn who earns coach-of-the-week honours for getting his side over the line.

Can East Perth get its season back on track after a couple of week’s worth of problems both on and off the field? With injuries to some of their key players coach Andy Lovell may be tempted to rest more of his warriors before the finals.
