Round 9 CONTENDERS COME
FORWARD
BRADY Anderson
and Mark Seaby launched their attack on the Football Budget’s prestigious
Player-of-the-Year Award with good games for their respective teams last
weekend.
Anderson helped
guide Swan Districts to victory over Claremont, while Seaby was instrumental in
West Perth’s win over Subiaco.
The voting system
for this award is the same as last season, with football journalists voting on
a 3-2-1
basis for each game.
The winner of the
award will be deemed the fairest and best player, with any player who has been
suspended by the tribunal during the season ineligible for the award. The
winner will receive a generous prize.
The presentation
of the award will be conducted at an end of season function hosted by Football
Budget publisher Wright Media.
